还有一个多月我们就要跨入伟大的2015年，有人讲：“今年不如去年，但一定比明年好”，我不这样认为。不管是个人还是企业咱们要有梦想，如果失去了信心，那麻烦就来了。实际上，中国的经济比你想象的更好、更健康。至少目前的中国化工行业正在发生翻天覆地的变化。我们在这里斗胆对即将到来的2015年有可能影响中国化工的十个方面进行预测。第一：在国家环保政策的高压下，严重污染环境和落后的产能是不是会被关停。我个人认为，大规模的关停可能性不大，甚至可以说没有可能。毕竟环保不合格，或者说落后的产能占比实在太大太大。如果真的有决心关闭这些落后的产能，中国绝大部分的化工品立马供不应求。甚至不少的品种立马消失掉，而这都是不可能的。但是生产企业进行生产工艺的升级改造是肯定的,某些污染严重的中小企业有可能被直接关停。第二：扬帆出海走出去将成为越来越多民营企业的选择。我有一个很奇怪的观测，外国企业做到5-6亿美元/年的规模就开始在中国设厂，建办事处，大张旗鼓的铺开营销，而比这个规模大得多的中国企业都没有胆子走出去在国外建办事处或设厂。我相信这一天正在到来，我见到的很多民营企业都在聚焦这个领域，尽管他们对生他养他的这片土地无比熟悉，但走出去看看外面的世界，让全世界人民“享用”他所生产的物美价廉的商品，一直是民营企业家的梦想。第三：人才的争夺会更加激烈。我个人认为，外企来到中国这20年帮助我们培养了一大批与国际接轨掌握先进的管理营销和生产技术的中国籍员工。这些外企到今天为止已经牢牢占据了中国的中高端市场，他们是中国民企学习的榜样，向外企学习的最好方式，肯定是挖外企具有丰富阅历和精力的精英加盟，尽管你为之要付出相当高的人工待遇，但你一定划得来，因为你省却了大量的培训费用。将一个普通员工培养成部门经理，中国区经理或者亚洲区集团高管，外企要花费的费用肯定超过200万元。而他在过去的十年甚至二十年积累的丰富的实战经验和阅历直接可以帮助你，培养你的团队，教你怎样抄近路赶超昔日的老东家;尽管中国的民营企业是有名的急功近利的“近视眼”，但面对有真本事的精英们，他们是舍得花本钱的。第四：PDH丙烷脱氢将会冲击全化工产业链。过去我们要使用丙烯来生产下游的原材料，例如聚丙烯，环氧丙烷等等，我们不得不看三桶油的脸色行事，牢牢把控石脑油资源的三桶油对丙烯市场价格的“维持稳定”做出了“非凡的贡献”，明年就热闹了，天津渤化，嘉兴卫...
